At the Cafe Romantica

Jan and Ricardo team up with drummer Jesse Smith at the Cafe Romantica on Vineyard Street in Wailuku, Maui. This used to be a fairly regular event, a Saturday afternoon celebration of completely original music that is a blend of many styles. At the moment, Jan is on an extended world tour. Though Maui's (hopefully short-lived) loss, it's the gain of many overseas who seem very eager to hear him.

Place

The Cafe Romantica is Maui's only Indian vegetarian restaurant. The Indian born chef, Hans, had travelled all over the world before settling in Maui 6 years ago.
